Medical Pedicure

At CleanSpa, our Medical Pedicure combines advanced foot care with spa-level comfort — all in a sterile, podiatrist-supervised environment. Unlike a traditional salon pedicure, this service is performed in a private medical suite, by Certified Medical Nail Technicians (MNTs) trained to recognize and safely manage common foot concerns. These services include:

• A detailed foot assessment: Quick evaluation to guide the right approach for your feet each visit.
• Precise nail + callus care: Careful trimming, smoothing, and targeted reduction where needed.
• Deep moisturization: Helps restore dry, rough skin and support healthier-looking feet.
• Supports health + appearance: A hygienic, therapeutic service that improves comfort while enhancing how your feet look.
• Polish Free: If polish is important to you and you do not have nail fungus concerns, see one of our Luxury Pedicures: a clean and elevated approach to a more traditional pedicure, performed in our spa area.
• ClearNail Laser for Fungus, NanoFlex Prosthetic Nail Reconstruction and Onyfix Nail Curvature Correction are available add-on solutions to your medical pedicure service.

To protect appointment time and match you with the right technician, Medical Pedicures for Nail Fungus are scheduled by our concierge team.

First visit pricing: Your first Medical Pedicure is priced slightly higher because it includes a extra time for a more detailed assessment and to address your starting condition. If the nail technician determines more than 60 minutes are needed for nails or calluses, an add-on fee may apply.

Sterilization

The CLEAN in CleanSpa

Sterilization:
We ensure top-level hygiene with a thorough sterilization process. Implements are scrubbed, cleaned in an ultrasonic machine, and sterilized in an autoclave to eliminate any bacteria or viruses.

General Cleaning Policy:
Our magnetic jet system allows us to remove and fully sanitize whirlpool jets in an ultrasonic machine. Towels are professionally cleaned at 120 degrees to ensure they’re free of bacteria or fungus.

Dedicated Medical Treatment Areas:
Clients with fungal infections or other medical concerns are treated in separate, fully sanitized areas, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

Procedure & Protocol:
Sterilized tools are presented in sealed pouches and used only once per client. Non-sterilizable implements are discarded after each service.

Medical Nail Technician Training:
Our technicians complete 15 modules of additional training, including aseptic techniques, autoclave sterilization, foot health evaluation, and care protocols for high-risk clients such as diabetics. We stay updated on the latest foot care practices with Feet for Life physicians.
